MG James A. Guest Presents Silver Star to MSG Robert Charest 55 Years Later

One of MG James A. Guest’s last military efforts was to recommend the Medal of Honor for MAC-V SOG member MSG Robert A. Charest for his actions in a combat mission for which he received the Silver Star.  The recommendation package has been submitted for consideration.
